We are fully trained engineers who rebuild Caterpillar, Cummins, and Detroit Diesel engines in many different kinds of applications. We have operations all over the world in areas such as oil and gas exploration, marine, and power generation. We also have experience with heavy plant, transmissions, generators, and onshore/offshore drilling equipment maintenance. We have a 1200 Hp (900 Kw) engine testing facility on-site. We can provide on-site servicing of power generation equipment, engine dyno testing, fuel pump overhauls and more. Our team is experienced at failure investigations, and can help to rectify the faults once diagnosed.

“We have worked with EMS and EMR since their Foundation in 2010, They have provided experienced personnel to undertake the routine maintenance requirements for our drilling operations. They have also attended our sites on an emergency call-out basis to carry out repairs. They have rebuilt engines and transmissions, as part of our planned maintenance programme. We chose EMS /EMR to carry out this work as they have the ability to test the rebuilt units under load using their bespoke testing facility which I have witnessed first hand.
